[Looks like Jake is contemplating on his four badges when the feed turns on. He glances up at the camera and frowns a little.]

It's a while yet before I challenge the next gym, but what's Olivine's Gym like? I've gathered that she uses Steel-types, and I've got Pokemon with the type advantage. I guess what I want to know is if there's any on her team I should watch out for?

[After his battle with Morty, he's gotten pretty cautious about these Gym Leaders.]

Oh! And I know it's a while off, but John and Jane's birthdays are April 13th! I'm not sure where the party will take place until it gets closer to the date, but it'd be ace if friends of theirs could make it for the celebration! However, I want to make it a surprise party for them, so if we could keep it on the down low, that would be exceptionally helpful.

Well, that didn't go too terribly. It was looking pretty gosh darn grim when Tate, my Gallade, proved to still have a weakness against ghost-types in the final stretch, but he came through admirably!

[The Delcatty gives him an indignant meow.]

Haha, and Roxy finished off the Misdreavous beautifully!

I think I'm putting off that battle against Whitney for as long as I can. For...a laundry list of reasons.
