[Okay, so, Jake accidentally hit a few buttons, so have fun watching what looks like John Egbert having a hard time with an overly affectionate Emolga. At least, it's only for a few seconds. It kind of cuts out to text when he falls down on the ground.]

And nobody's found a way to get back yet?

Nope. There are actually some people who have been here for two years, apparently.

I was told that sometimes, people disappear. They've assumed this means they go home, because sometimes people come back! Something or someone's pulling the strings but no one's figured out who or what.

Cripes. I'm not sure how comfortable I'd feel with spending two years here. Not that it doesn't seem to be a nice enough place, but....

I know what you mean....[sigh]

But I don't know what else to do. I don't know anything when it comes to time travel or space travel for that matter...

Still, I'm sure we can figure something out! As long as we don't give up, I'm positive that we'll find a way.

But... people have been trying for so long! And it seems that whenever, if ever, we get back to our homes, we arrive back at the same time and location we were before arriving here.

Rather than trying to figure out something that people a lot smarter than I have been trying to figure out and failed, I think I'll just roll with it...

But if you don't have hope or give up, then there's definitely no way we can leave. Chin up! We'll find a way! It might just mean that the people with the skills we need to set things right haven't yet arrived.

[A small pause before she starts smiling and laughs a bit.]

I have no doubt in my mind that we'll all make it home eventually. Maybe you're right, maybe the right people just haven't arrived yet.

Oh man, you too!? She was so weird. I didn't get a single word in. But it looks like that's where all new arrivals end up. I think. I didn't the the mother thing was the same for everyone too, though.

Oh, creepy. I hope that poor woman is alright if she's thinking all the new arrivals are her children.

What if she's, like, hired. By whoever is bringing us here. They give her money to confuse us and send us on our way, with no answers or anything but the backpack.

That would make sense. But why do such a thing in the first place? The whole bringing us into this world business, I mean.

That's what I don't understand! Why just bring us to a pokéworld like this. I mean, pokémon games and movies and stuff exist in my world. But why get sucked into it? And why keep certain people for so long and others for a short period of time.

Do you think, perhaps, we need to retrace the steps of the main characters in the series? It's the only thing I can think of for us to get any answers on the subject.
